This hinged lid is designed as a replacement for Blackstone 17-inch griddles, fitting models including 1650, 1832, 1971, 2142, 1814, and 1900. It features a practical hinged design with integrated brackets and a handle, allowing for one-handed opening and closing to avoid burns. Constructed from high-quality steel with a heat-resistant coating, this durable hard cover keeps your griddle cooking area clean and easy to maintain, with a smooth surface that wipes clean with a damp cloth. The lid creates an oven-like to steam vegetables quickly, lock in meat juiciness, and keep food warm after cooking, while also reducing splatters and simplifying tasks like melting cheese on burgers. A built-in temperature gauge lets you quickly check internal food temperatures to elevate your outdoor cooking experience.
